Tree Facts and Definitions.

• A tree is defined as having a single stem with branches spreading out from the trunk.
• Trees may have flowers and fruit - berries or nuts.

This size also makes trees the heaviest living organism on Earth, some weighing approximately 1,500 tons (1,361 metric tonnes.)
